Typical wait is the median number of days from submitting to a decision, approved or rejected. Submissions still waiting count too: we know they have waited at least that long, so a store that answers a few people quickly and ignores the rest does not look fast. (It is a Kaplan–Meier median, the same method used for "time until" questions where some answers haven't arrived yet.)
When fewer than half the submissions have been decided, there is no median yet. We show the longest wait seen with a + instead, highlighted.
Right now is based on the last decision anyone saw. Moving means one in the past week, Slow 1–3 weeks, Stalled longer while people are still waiting.
Grok and Docker take submissions as public pull requests, so we read those queues directly every 30 minutes. Every other store relies on reports from developers, plus submissions people have described in public, each linked to its source. Only the last 180 days count.
Ask before you submit, and set expectations in the plan.
